Terrie Huston is the principal consultant and owner of Intergenerational Communication Solutions and co-owner of Strayer-Huston, LLC. She brings more than 20 years’ experience as a non-profit consultant, public speaker, program facilitator, and trainer to her organizational development and generational work. Terrie graduated summa cum laude with distinction from Otterbein College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in organizational communications. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Association Professionals and the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce.
Kerry Strayer is a consulting partner with Intergenerational Communication Solutions and co-owner of Strayer-Huston, LLC. In addition, she is a professor of communications at Otterbein College where she teaches communication, organization, speech and public speaking. Dr. Strayer is a frequent presenter and author of numerous publications in the area of organizational communication, including gender and generational impacts on communications within organizations. Dr. Strayer earned her bachelor’s degree in history and speech/theater from Bluffton College, her master’s from the University of Cincinnati and her doctoral degree in speech communications from the University of Texas.
Terrie and Kerry both strive to develop unique methods of bringing the generations together for higher levels of collaboration, understanding and respect. They have a true passion for helping non-profit leaders succeed in leading their age-diverse organizations.
